Our  traditional yoga method is primarily inspired and influenced by Ashtanga Yoga (vinyasa) and Iyengar Yoga (alignment).

Our Yoga School is non-dogmatic, with focus on cultivating a long, healthy and happy yoga practice for practitioners of all levels. 

We encourage both alignment, and intelligent creative yoga sequences.
